To manage the waitlist we only store:

• Contact data: Email address.
• Preferences: Language of the page you signed up from.
• Consent record: Accepted text, version of this policy, date and time, IP address and browser (user agent) you signed up from.
• Status: Whether and when you confirmed your email.

Your data is used exclusively to:

1. Tell you when BeScout launches.
2. Give you early access to the platform.
3. Send you news about the project (you can unsubscribe at any time).

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form and confirming your address through the verification email (double opt-in). You can withdraw it at any time.

If you don't confirm your email, we automatically delete your data after 30 days. If you confirm it, we keep it until you unsubscribe or, at most, 12 months after BeScout launches if you don't create an account. The consent record is kept for as long as we keep your email, so we can prove you gave it.

All communication with this page is encrypted (HTTPS). The waitlist is stored on our own server in the European Union, with restricted access, and the form is protected against bots with Cloudflare Turnstile.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or object to the processing of your data, and to restrict it or request its portability. To do so, write to [email protected]. Every commercial communication we send you will include an unsubscribe link. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

BeScout does not sell, rent or share your personal data with third-party companies for commercial purposes. To provide the service we use these providers, acting as data processors under the GDPR:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): email delivery. Data processed in the European Union.
• Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA): website protection and anti-bot check (Turnstile). This may involve international transfers covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

This page uses no cookies of its own and no analytics or advertising tools. It stores the light/dark theme in your browser (local storage) if you change it. When you start filling in the form, Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded: a strictly necessary service that protects the form against bots by analysing technical browser signals and, according to Cloudflare, does not use tracking cookies.

BeScout reserves the right to change this policy to adapt it to new legislation or changes in the service. Changes will be announced on this page and, if significant, notified by email to the people on the waitlist.
