Frequently asked questions
What is BeScout?
A web platform for the scouting community: a map and directory of scout groups and campsites, plus a library of activities to plan meetings and camps.
Can I add my group or a campsite?
Yes. With a verified account you can add groups, campsites, photos and activities, and suggest changes to existing information. New campsites, photos and public activities are reviewed before they go live.
Does it work on mobile and offline?
Yes. BeScout runs in the browser on any device, can be installed like an app and lets you save campsites, groups and activities to open them without signal.
When will it be available?
We're in the final stages of development. We'll email you as soon as we open; there's nothing else you need to do.
What will you do with my email?
We'll only use it to tell you about the launch and BeScout news. We never share it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Is it only for Spain?
We're starting in Spain, but BeScout is designed for scouts in any country.
